OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CARD TYPING APPLICATION
Occupational Health Card is required for the staff working in Restaurant, Cafeteria, Foodstuff trading, Bakery, Catering center, Kindergarten, Health club, Fitness center, Spa, Salon, Grocery, Furniture polishers, Printing press workers…. • This Card is issued by Dubai Health Authority. • A new employee has to apply for this Card within 30 days from the date of his/her arrival/ Status Change. If you are applying for OHC after 30 days, you should show Visa Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of applying for OHC. This is applicable only if the visa is not stamped on the passport.
